Friday- AR Dance/Team Jersey Day

Nathan was invited to the AR Dance today for reaching his Accelerrated Reading goal this past nine weeks. You were to dress up like a book character. He says he is dressed up as a hunter in the book, Old Yeller. Go Nathan. We are so proud of you!

MM wore her Upward basketball uniform.

And guess what I chose?!? Go Relf! Go Dawgs!!

Thursday- Sports Day/Inside Out

Today was Sports day at Nathan's school. He, of course, wore his football jersey. Mari Morgan and I wore our clothes wrong side out. No pics today! Sorry!!

Wednesday- Boot day/Pajama Day

Oak Grove was on a different schedule than us. Nathan had p.j. day on Wednesday! He hates for me to take his picture now, and always does silly stuff.

Football and So proud...

Our weekends have been filled with football. Nathan hasn't gotten to play very much, but he has learned a lot and had fun. Pop and JoJo have made it to almost every game. Thanks to you for being such loyal fans. He adores you both. They finally won their first game!! Go Gold Tigers!

Mari Morgan's favorite spot while watching t.v.

We were soooo proud on Monday when Nate and MM brought home their report cards. Nathan made all A's and B's, missing the A honor roll by only 1 point.(Boo Science) Mari Morgan made the Princpal's List, which is all A's. Pop and JoJo and Grandma and Papaw gave them money for their good grades, so we took them shopping. Nathan chose a Wii game and Mari Morgan got a Madame Alexander doll.

Some motorcycle race game...he loves it!

Mm and here new doll she named Alexis. She said she picked her because she is a dancer.

She just got out of the shower which explains her hair.:)

We are so proud of both of you. Thanks for your hard work!!

Where did the 9 weeks go?

Well, the first 9 weeks are over at school. What have I learned? Alot!! I know that I have put this job before just about everything in my life. The question I ask myself is... What have I done this past nine weeks that has any eternal significance? The answer is not much! I hope my students have seen Christ in me as well as my co-workers, but I don't believe I have been everything He wants me to be at my school. I know that I have not been what He wants me to be for my family. I have confessed this, and know that He is faithful and just to forgive and help me. I am so thankful for a Heavenly Father like that! Thank you, Jesus!

Pumpkin Time

I LOVE Fall!! The cool, crisp air just recharges my battery. Today, after Nathan's football game, we went to the nursery. The kids got to pick out a pumpkin, while I picked out a mum. Yellow was my choice.

MM got a ride in the cart. Nathan did not want to be there. Can you tell?

Weeeeh!!!

The kids have started pushing each other down the hill in the wheelbarrow. MM is my safety girl. She wears her helmet. :)

Pop pushing Mari Morgan

Love that smile!

Looking forward to more days outside!!!
