Our first day of school went pretty smooth. We woke them both up at 6:00 a.m. and they did what we asked them to do. Our plan was to leave the house at 6:45, and we pulled out at 6:47. We were all three a little nervous, but we talked about our feelings on the short drive to the school. We comforted one another. I love my kiddos, and hope they never lose their tender hearts.
